Kelly has numerous contacts and resources she has established during her 30 years of researching historic properties and gardens all over the U.S.A. and Canada.
She connects with State Historic Preservation Offices (SHPO) across the United States and the National Park Service (NPS), the official registry of the National Historic Properties.
Local archives and university archives, local historic districts as well as the Smithsonian are also great resources.
Kelly encourages others to get involved and research their own properties! If it becomes too time-consuming, Kelly is happy to assist.
